I have a jack russell 13 years old. He is gorgeous but a real guard dog. He finds it slow to get to know people and will bark a lot at strangers. However, once he knows you he will fuss over you always until you leave when he will then bark at you again.
He sleeps a lot but still enjoys a couple of walks a day.

He doesnt bite but does come across as fierce when he doesnt know you. He hates the postman and delivery drivers but we keep the gate closed and the post box on the outside of the gate to prevent the need to go onto the property.

On the leash he will happily ignore people unless you have a dog. Often he wants to play. He enjoys walks with other dogs.

We have an attached cottage, 2 floors with a guest room. It has an enclosed garden and off road parking.

We have security cameras on the outside of the building.

Whoever is interested would be used again and again.
