Our modern and comfortable home is situated just a few minutes' walk from the station, offering easy access to London. Nonsuch Park is located nearby, providing beautiful outdoor spaces for walking, jogging, or relaxing. We are also closely located to shops, making this a highly convenient location for daily needs.

Inside, the house features an open-plan kitchen, perfect for cooking and entertaining, along with a cosy living room where you can put your feet up and enjoy watching TV. If you need to work, we have a dedicated office bedroom that provides a quiet and comfortable space to focus. High-speed internet is available throughout the property.

Our home also has central heating, modern and clean rooms, and a nice garden, which you are welcome to use during your stay.

We have a mini poodle who will need your care and companionship. He is an anxious dog but absolutely loves company once he gets to know you. He needs one walk each day, and there are plenty of lovely routes nearby, including Nonsuch Park.

He is fed twice daily and enjoys playing with his toys. Please be aware that he is jumpy when someone first enters the house, but with patience and treats, he will quickly warm up to you. He sleeps downstairs happily through the night. As he was a rescue dog, he can sometimes appear a little nervous, so we recommend giving him space initially and letting him approach you on his own terms. Because of this, we think having experience with dogs is essential.

We have a pleasant garden that requires minimal care. You are welcome to use it and enjoy the outdoor space.

We are moments from the station, offering easy access to London. Local and frequent buses provide easy access to Epsom and Kingston town, making it simple to explore the area or run errands.
