3-bed house in rural hamlet down dead-end road and walking distance to the West Penwith moors. 10 mins drive from Penzance and 15 mins St Ives and St Michaels Mount. Downstairs open plan with a range and wood burning stoves and further heating upstairs. Additional small, but brand new, kitchen with a further cooker. and dishwasher. Small pretty garden and, at the end, you can see the sea. I have a very independent rescue cat and a 13 year old English setter who is still active but is now very deaf. They both like each other and often share the dog's bed. No television but have TV license and internet. Nice friendly neighbours. Older children fine but pets are not used to toddlers. Happy to have another well-socialised and cat friendly dog around. February can be a dreary month but spring is early in Cornwall and there are some great local gardens to visit with an abundance of Daffodils and Camellias.
