Salisbury England

Our house is located outside the City of Salisbury, it is a three-story townhouse that has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a conservatory, and a decked and stoned garden. Buses to the town centre operate every 20 to 30 minutes, and a bus stop is outside the door. Salisbury is ideally located in the centre of southern UK, with easy access to the south coast.

We are located next to a park which is great for short walks and plenty of local walkways. There is an airfield within a 3–5-minute walk away, used for parachuting. Sitting in the conservatory watching the parachutes is entertaining.

Parking is available on the drive.

The house id fully up to date with 900 Mbps internet, and Wifi throughout, EE TV with Netfix etc all available. CCTV covers the exterior of the property; full access will be provided to access the system.

Our 10-year-old Femail Cocker Spaniel enjoys playing and taking walks, she can be a bit anxious but we have taught her to grab her teddy which she now does of her own accord. She can also get anxious around other dogs, and we tend to keep her on the lead when not alone. She has the onset of arthritis in her hind legs but happily walks for around thirty minutes without stopping. She takes medicine for this which is applied to her breakfast and dinner.

There is a fish tank indoors where the fish are fed in the evening, and then there is a pond in the garden with a few fish that require a small amount of food every other day.
