We live in a very old 5 bedroom Manor House on Dartmoor. The house has outbuildings and approximately 12 acres of land. You can walk directly onto the moor from the house, although we are also only a 10 minute drive to the market town of Tavistock which has a range of lovely independent shops as well as supermarkets.
We have 3 energetic small dogs who are used to a lot of walking, chickens, 18 sheep, 2 Pygmy goats and one 16.2 horse who is retired. The sit is most suited to a couple.
We wouldn’t expect any garden care unless you would enjoy to help.
