We require a sensible and animal loving person to care for our menagerie for a week in February Half Term.
We have 1 young puppy who needs lots of love and 2 small walks a day. She is only used to being left alone for small periods of time and we are currently working on her training so she should be in a position where she can enjoy outings with you.
1 young cat who requires twice daily feeding and lots of cuddles.
Some fish, 6 chickens (and a very handsome rooster) and some doves also need some daily attention and love.
The house is situated in a semi rural area with easy access to some of nature's best offerings and not too far from the nearest town. Accessible by bus or car.
There is parking available at the house.
All we ask is that the animals are loved and cared for as if they were your own and that the house is left in a clean condition at the end of your stay with us.
We had a lovely time pet sitting in Leatherhead, a wide variety of animals to care for and Andrew the cat is an absolute sweetheart. The house was cosy on cold nights and lots of walks and places to explore on the doorstep. Donna's communication was great.
I spent a wonderful 8/9 days in Donna's well-equipped cottage looking after the family pets. I developed a real soft spot for adorable Jess, the elderly minature Shnauzer and (with much encouragement) we went on 2 daily walks just opposite the house where there's a great choice of paths for walking, running or cycling, . Andrew is a lovely, playful cat and very affectionate - he would come to keep me company on the sofa. There's a big Tesco nearby and lots of great places to visit in the area. ... MORE
We enjoyed a really lovely stay in Donna's home in the company of her wonderful pets. Our children were especially fond of Paddy and Jess the dogs, and Nibbles the hamster. The chickens also laid fresh eggs for us everyday. We had such a great time, thank you!
Donna's pets live in a lovely cottage next to a country pub, golf club and country walks, on a bus route to Kingston and Dorking, Big Tesco 2 miles away. All the pets are easy to look after and the small dogs very friendly and eager for play and meet the other dogs whose owners walk them around the neighbourhood.. I can recommend Donna as a perfect pet sitting host
House sitting is a fun, immersive way to experience this magnificent country - without paying a cent for accommodation!
