Do you want some of the best feline company ever and to be in warm modern abode in an area with loads to explore?

Seeking someone kind, respectful, clean and tidy with own car owing to location, who adores cats and is experienced with them, who will be at home overnight every night and around house a few hours a day. Cleo is a very affectionate Siberian Forest Cat who craves human company, pets and play twice a day - like most dogs would.

(summer only - Lawn will need a cut in that time and outdoor plants watering please.)

Cleo as a long haired fluff, needs a short but crucial brushing session twice a day, litter emptied, fed wet food regularly (unless you are out all day), dry food n water topped up daily, play time twice a day and some time sleeping on a blanket on your lap purrlease.

She will want to go in catio but with you near by to let her back in when had enough which can be a few minutes in winter.

Warm modern spacious bright stylish four bedroom home over three floors with modcons like dishwasher. Can accommodate one or two adults. Driveway parking. No tv licence as I watch Netflix only which you are welcome to use n Prime Video. If you have a tv licence you can log in online but tv cannot be tuned else will be in trouble with tv license inspection.

Country walks right on doorstep including Lambton Castle Estate of famous Lambton Worn legend but Cox Green river walk my fave with perhaps some lucky otter spotting. Seaham beach with its stacks, caves and people out collecting seaglass is close by and if you love a spa day you will be ga ga over Seaham Hall. Beamish Living Museum is huge and for price of ticket can revisit several times to explore all of it. Amazing Durham has the cathedral and Crook Hall Gardens are sublime to relax in, Finchal Priory ruin, Lumley Castle with its lovely grounds/ghosts/library bar, Angel of the North, art galleries and nightlife in Newcastle, Hadrian’s Wall and much more besides is all close by.

Dates slightly flexible to be longer either side as long as that period given is covered.
