We need a house sitter

I have a three bedroom house. One bathroom which only has a shower and no bath.
There are secure front and back gardens. The house is 50m from a bus stop with links into Newcastle town centre.
The train station is about 20/30mins walk.
I have pet care for a cockapoo, Charlie. He is 3 years old and very loving and good fun.
No garden care required.
