Ramsey England

Hi,
We are looking for an pet loving person to come and look after our home and pets whilst we are away. We have a comfortable modern 4 bed detached home on the quiet Maltings estate with a conservatory and garden.

We live in Ramsey, a pretty market town in Huntingdonshire which is close to bird reserves and has plenty of lovely pubs/eating places and a Tesco supermarket and other local shops and 2 fantastic golf courses. We are about 15 minutes drive to Huntingdon were there is a Thameslink Train Station, about an equal distance to the picturesque St Ives and about 30 minutes into Ely or central Peterborough and 40 minute drive into Cambridge (or you can get the Busway from St Ives). there is public transport, however it is very limited and you would benefit from having your own transport.

We have 2 small dogs (Shi-zhons) which will require some company, they are used to being left while I am at work a few days a week for about 7 hours. Molly loves walks and usually goes out for about 20 minutes in the morning and evening, Woody, the other can be a bit shy of walks with strangers but would still love lots of ball throwing etc as in the home he is super friendly but can get a bit worried he is going to be dog napped! They have access to the garden all day.

The cats get fed morning and night time the rest of the day you don't see them very much.

We have a smallish garden which may need the lawn cutting (battery powered lawn mower so easy to start as no pull cords!) and we have some hanging baskets, which depending on the weather may need daily watering which isn't an onerous task. We also have BBQs and picnic bench in the garden so if you would like a change from cooking indoors, you are welcome to live alfresco in the garden!

We do have some home cardio equipment (walker, cross trainer etc) which you are welcome to use at your own risk.

We have high speed internet and a home office space should you work from home. You are also welcome to use our Netflix account for movies etc.
