This city house is perfectly located for exploring the city by foot, bicycle or public transport. Coffee shops, parks/gardens, art galleries, shopping are all within a short walk. As a new build, the home itself is very comfortable with all modern conveniences inc. induction hob, coffee machine, oven, fridge/freezer, gas fueled shower, central heating and fire.

Buddy is the main character of the home. He's a 5 year old Miniature Schnauzer with so much love to give. Enjoys the simple life - plain diet, a morning & evening stroll, cuddles on the sofa and if you throw him a ball he'll be your forever friend.
