The house is in the middle of an AONB 4 miles from both Honiton and Colyton, accessed 50 metres down a track from a single track road with passing places. There is ample parking with a car port available for a single car. The bedroom is on the ground floor with an ensuite shower and a WC next door. Everything in the house is electric,
Our German Shepherd dog needs two or three short walks every day (she has arthritis so cannot walk very far). She is very friendly with people and loves being made a fuss of. However, she does not get on with all other dogs and can lunge towards them so has to be kept on a short lead. As she weighs 40Kg and is very strong so a sitter with experience of large dogs is necessary. The garden is large enough for the dog to be exercised there if required and the fences are secure. Although one neighbour has a dog the our GSD does not get on with so caution is required if she is off the lead in the garden.
Honiton is the best place to go shopping with a Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Coop and Iceland available as well as numerous local shops and cafes.
Seaton and Sidmouth are the closest seaside resorts, less than 10 miles away. There is also a golf course less than 3 miles from the house
