Cheltenham England

Semi-detached house, close to a local Co-Op, bus stop and easy access to the Regency town of Cheltenham Spa. We're looking for someone/a couple to take care of our home, and our two lovely old cats.

Panks is about 17 but don't let that fool you - she's a delight to have around and wants to be where you are so she can chat. As she's got older, she's quite chatty. As an oldie, she's happiest with somewhere warm to sleep and has her favourite places mainly in the kitchen and the back of the sofa in the lounge. Will sometimes ask to sit on you.

She has daily medication but it's simple to give in her food. It makes her hungry so she can be a bit demanding if she thinks there's a chance you could be fooled by her starving voice.

Our second cat is called Chaos...but don't worry, there's none of that from this chap! He's a Birman, so very fluffy and beautiful and also a senior at 14 years old - he wears it very well and is fit and healthy. He keeps himself to himself, though likes to have a little tootle around the garden a couple of times a day. He might come and have a sit with you, but rarely with Panks in the same room.

He has no medication needs.

You can easily work from here and can choose between two office spaces with desks and monitors available.

Downstairs is all hard floors, and is clean and comfortable - especially the big squashy sofa in the lounge. TV's with streaming services (Netflix, Now, Discovery, Apple+) in both the kitchen and the lounge.

Cheltenham is a wonderful Regency town, with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, festivals and architecture. It's well located close to good road, rail and motorway networks so exploring Gloucestershire and beyond is ideal from here.
