Hello

My name is Sophie and I live in a residential village in the beautiful Pembrokeshire. The nearest beach is 6 miles away and the nearest town in only 3 miles away. Pembrokeshire is a beautiful county to explore, with a coastal path that goes round all 186 miles of unspoilt coast.
My house is a two bedroomed terrace with a small back garden in a safe area. The village has a shop, pub and pharmacy within walking distance. There is also a train station and regular buses to the nearby towns of Milford Haven and Haverfordwest.
I have two small dogs, Nelly and Tassa. Nelly is a 12 year old Pomeranian cross and Tassa is a 4 year old terrier type, Romanian rescue dog. They love going for walks but also love to have a cuddle on the sofa. Nelly and Tassa love humans but are not great with other dogs, they can be reactive on the lead but given their small size, this is manageable for someone who has experienced this before. I can share information on how to manage them with other dogs (it is not with all dogs and once they get to know dogs they are friendly)
The reason I need someone to look after the dogs is because I am going to row across the Atlantic, I will be leaving on January 3rd but my return date is unknown (expecting to be back in the UK early April). I have parents who live locally that can be on hand to help if required.
