Kelty Scotland

Our house is a detached 4 bedroom property in Kelty which is situated right on the m90 which is the main thoroughfare to either Edinburgh which is 20 minutes by car and Perth being 20 minutes in the opposite direction.
Our house is a detached property with 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms across 2 levels and a games room with bar, cinema seating & large screen tv with surround sound., pool table and darts board
There is a large private driveway to the front for parking and French doors to the rear with a large patio and Astro turf lawn.
There are several seated areas including a summerhouse area with gas fire pit..
The garden will require no maintenance.
The local village high street has an abundance of shops from groceries to take away of all varieties and is a short walk from the estate our home resides in.
We have 2 dogs, miniature schnauzers called ‘gadget and gizmo’, they are fine being walked once a day and there are fabulous places to walk on our doorstep, there is lochore meadows, a country park with a loch being the central attraction and a forest on the other side of us called Blairadam forest, both can be reached easily walking from our home.
We also have my sons bearded dragon ‘Draco’ who is really placid and happily will sit on your shoulder as you watch tv although you do not need to if that’s not your thing..
Other than that, we have fish which need some food once every few days.
