Alresford England

We are looking for a friendly, trustworthy and kind person (couple or small family) to come and stay in our warm, spacious and very comfortable detached family home. We live in the countryside, 12 minutes from Winchester by car and 6 minutes drive to a lovely local town full of shops, a tesco express, cafes and gift shops. Our home has a large open plan kitchen with an aga so is warm and cosy. We have a comfortable TV room with a log burning stove, lovely for winter nights, 5 bedrooms, and a large garden with stunning views over the Hampshire countryside. No garden care required unless you are up for some weeding/general leaf blowing/tidying but not required. There are lots of fantastic walks straight out the front door and the area is popular with cyclists too so if that is a hobby then this is the area to visit. We have friendly neighbours close by.

The dogs
We have 2 super friendly dogs, Fig is a 10 year old mini wire haired dachshund and Arlo is 5 year old small ish cockapoo. They are both just as happy going for walks as they are cuddling up on the sofa! The cockapoo needs to be walked daily for an hour or more (if possible!), the dachshund can be walked every other day. (max 1 hour). They are very easy going dogs, very friendly and like being with people. They both love playing in the garden and curling up by the fire. Please get in touch if you are interested.
