Our home is a lovely spacious and modern chalet bungalow with bedrooms upstairs. There is a downstairs bedroom if preferred. Downstairs is open plan kitchen/lounge with glass bi-fold doors across the rear with view onto a large garden which has large trees to the rear and a large pond with waterfall and outdoor seating. Television in main room with Netflix and Prime. Good wifi throughout the house. Situated in a quiet residential street with driveway parking. Within walking distance of Chertsey train station (with trains to London, Windsor etc) and local bus routes with easy access to the M25.
Nearby towns of Windsor, Guildford, Ascot, Woking and Weybridge. 40 mins by train into London.
We have 2 dogs, a Chorkie (Pepper) aged 7 and a Romanian rescue Collie cross (Scooby) aged 4 both in matching tan and white!
Pepper is a fiery and noisy little character until you get to know her and once she relaxes takes herself off to her favourite spots unless she fancies a cuddle. We don't street walk her as the garden is big enough for her and she is anxious on walks. Scooby is a loveable boisterous boy again noisy on first meeting but quickly settles with treats and love/fuss.
Morning routine starts around 8am when you hear a bark from Scooby to be let out of their crates into the garden for toilet. Breakfast shortly after followed by a walk for Scooby either around the streets or to a local park. He is kept on flexy lead as his recall is a bit hit and miss when squirrels or traffic around. He is a little reactive to bikes and noisy vehicles sometimes so you do need to be alert and able to handle if he unexpectedly lunges. Dinner is around 5pm Scooby will tell you if he is hungry.
Aside from his quirks he is generally good with other dogs, he is so loving and will like nothing more than to sit with his head on your lap and being stroked around his ears and a belly rub. They both tend to share their lovely fur with anyone making a fuss of them. Both dogs sleep in crates and will have a last wee at around 10pm and will go into their crates for the night on request.
Both dogs are happy to be left on their own during the day.
