Leeds England

Hello

We are a family of four living in a large detached house in a village outside of Leeds. The house has five bedrooms a modern kitchen diner and three bathrooms., two reception rooms (one snug, one formal lounge), there is a downstairs wc and a large utility It is detached on a private driveway in the village of Scarcroft.

We also have a beautiful fox red labrador, (Lottie) who is gentle (and a bit needy) she requires feeding and gentle walking daily, Outrhouse backs directly on to woods, lakes and fields.

There is excellent public transport to Leeds and Wetherby and local pubs restaurants in nearby areas.

We are visiting family for three weeks over the Christmas period and will be happy to decorate a Christmas tree :)

We request that usual day to day cleaning is undertaken, The garden is large, but does not need attention over winter..
