We need someone to look after our lovely cat Sinbad while we're away for the week over Christmas. He's an affectionate 11 year old cat who loves sitting on laps, quacking at birds and... food.

We are in Lower Sydenham in South East London, which is close to the amazing Beckenham Place Park and has good transport links into and out of London from two separate lines (Lower Sydenham - 20mins to London Bridge and Beckenham Hill - 2omins to Blackfriars). Ideal for a Christmas break in London.

It is also close to a huge Sainsbury's and retail park and a couple of nice local shops.

Plant care will be minimal - just some houseplants and seedlings on the windowsill. This garden should be fine in April.

There is a large tv with Google TV, wifi, coffee machine and all the usual appliances and utilities.

We have a 2-year-old daughter so the flat also baby-ready.
