Would you like to spend a relaxing time in an idyllic country setting in Oxfordshire? Our beautiful 4 - bed modern home fronts onto woodland and is in a historic market town with a great community! The house is close to the Cotswolds, the amazing city of Oxford and London. Fabulous country walks and great pubs are on the doorstep. We need someone to look after our home and our delightful, well- behaved 8 year old cocker spaniel. A perfect place to wind down and explore beautiful Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds,

From start to finish I had great communication with Celia and George. Hinton Waldrist is a lovely village with lots of friendly villagers happy to stop for a chat. The area is fabulous with numerous quaint villages and towns to visit in the Cotswolds and of course you can't forget Oxford. Ellie, the cocker spaniel, was a delight and we spent many hours walking the country footpaths and snuggling up on the sofa watching movies. She was a super companion. This was a lovely house-sit ... We loved housesitting for George and Celia. And we absolutely fell in love with Ellie, their Cocker Spaniel. Ellie is well trained and very easy to care for. She is also so affectionate and fun and we found it hard to say goodbye. Celia and Georges home is comfortable and quiet and a beautiful spot from which to explore Oxfordshire, with or without Ellie for company. Absolutely wonderful sit! Ellie is a gorgeous dog, very playful and cuddly, if not a little wilful! The house is beautiful and in a wonderful location with many lovely walks straight out of the front door. Communication with Celia was very good, and I would definitely return for another sit.

This was a really successful sit with very personable home owners, a very comfortable house in a glorious semi-rural location but - above all - the most gorgeous Cocker spaniel as companion for my stay. Ellie was affectionate, well-behaved on and off the lead and totally trouble-free. Thanks to Celia and George for a wonderful time!
