Hello, we are based in Balham, SW London, and live in a nice new build. We are just a few mins walk from the tube and train stations and a bus top is literally 1 min walk. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurant and shops nearby. It is a lively area but the flat is quiet as it faces the back road. My neighbours are lovely and fortunately a new flat means good noise / temperature insulation. You will have access to a bedroom, bathroom, studio and living room / kitchen area. There is also a small terrace. I am really house proud and take excellent care of my home. This wills suit someone who is cleaner and tidier than average.
My fur babies Bella and Kitty are a well behaved pair. Bella is a 9 year old persian who loves attention, cuddles and playing with bouncy balls. She likes cuddles and if you are lucky she may even let you near her belly. She has long white hair which should be brushed every couple of days (as much as she allows you but will share some tricks) and takes her time eating, which is relevant when I speak about her brother Felix.
Felix is a tuxedo cat who loves cuddles (specially belly rubs), food and zooming. He is a bit shy initially but when he opens up he is the most affectionate cat. He eats extremely fast and when he is done he will try to eat Bella's food. Once a day when they have wet food, it is best to watch Bella to ensure she eats her food and doesn't let him eat it for her, she is nice like that.
They sleep in the living room but it is best to fee them first thing in the morning as they are quite looking forward to food and company by then.
They are quite chilled and like to sleep a lot so this should give you plenty of time to explore or do your own thing when you are at home.
Other than this, I have a few plants that require watering and that is about it.
I have two cleaners that comes weekly and will want to her to keep coming whilst the house sitters are around as she is excellent. As there are 2 of them, they are fast and all you would need to do is wash the cloths they use for cleaning and fold them away for the following week.
This sit would suit an individual or couple without kids who will take care of my home as well as they would theirs.
