We live in a beautiful rural location adjacent to a farm and surrounded by countryside. Local footpath accessed at the end of the garden, which is fairly large. Our bungalow is small, only 2 bedrooms but has a lounge, kitchen and well equipped bathroom. House care will be minimal as it will be cleaned beforehand. Main responsibility is pet care! Caring for our dog (walks and lots of love and company), cat (does her own thing most of the time!) and hamster! Looking for someone who loves a dog cuddled up in their lap, peaceful lifestyle and being present at the home most of the time. We live in a quiet village but only a few miles from Newbury and a couple of miles from the A34 so easy to access and get about. You will need your own car.. Happy to do a trial run beforehand!! This summer’s housesit (our first!) went very smoothly. Many thanks.
Good home and spacious lawn area with many lovely walks from the property. Pets were a delight to care for. Bruno the dog was a real charmer and loved his walks and going out for the day in the car. Well behaved and loved company.
Sarah had clear instructions and all the pet requirements well laid out. The cat Ari and the hamster were very easy to care for and also good fun. A great experience for us as carers.
