We were delighted to return to this beautiful place to take care of lovely Barnsley. He’s such a character & made us laugh so much. We were made very welcome as before and felt very much at home. Thanks so much.

We met Alasdair, Catherine , Barnsley and the cats prior to the sit, they made us very welcome explaining everything we needed to know. Communication was excellent and a printed information sheet left too. Their house is an interesting period property set in a rural village with an amazing garden and pretty courtyard with a selection of plants and scented roses an ideal space for relaxing very peaceful with endless views across open countryside and numerous walking routes. Barnsley is adorable and loves to be with you at home , in the car and especially on walks. He is a pleasure to be with and very easy to care for as are the outdoor cats. Really enjoyed our house sit at Alasdairs lovely home. Barnsley is a real character and kept us amused, he was really easy to care for. We had no problems and would definitely return if asked.

A truly beautiful family home, in a lovely rural setting. The owners were very pleasant, friendly and welcoming; the pets were a pleasure to look after. We felt very fortunate to spend time in this delightful place, with access to open countryside from the extensive gardens. Very comfortable accommodation indeed. We enjoyed lovely walks with the dog in the daytime and cosy evenings by the fire. An absolute pleasure.

Stunning location, rambling house in beautiful grounds and characterful, energetic, Barnsley who wanted little else than to follow you around and try to chase the ducks into the pond (naughty Barnsley). Alasdair was welcoming upon arrival and even cool when we whatsapped him after the alarm tripped during an electrician storm. All good, all super chilled.
