The job requirement is to look after 2 properties as myself and in laws live next to each other and are planning to holiday for the period of time. The properties are situated at the end of a single track lane and are private with the local town being 1/3 mile away so within walking distance to local amenities. My property is the largest residence, a 3 bedroom bungalow which will be available to use as the accommodation for the duration, it is in good repair and has oil fired central heating which will be stocked.
The pets in this residence consist of 4 dogs - 3 poodles & 1 afghan hound. They are fed once per day with food being well stocked for the duration with certain requirements around feeding. Mainly they use a large yard at the back of the property which would need cleaning and washing regularly. We have access to a 5 acre field for exercising.
There is also a bearded dragon in the property that would need care.
The in laws property is a 1 bedroom bungalow with the only requirement being to check the property daily and put the heating on etc whilst empty. The animals at this property consist of 6 poodles which live at the rear of the property. They would need feeding and letting run as they are able to use an enclosed garden/yard daily, again with the requirement to clean down the yard regularly
This property is able to be accessed from mine through a side gate making accessibility easy between the two. There are also 2 bengal cats on site that would need feeding each day.
