Private detached house in a lovely village on the village green. The village has a pub and a local shop. A short drive (10 miles) from beautiful city of York and local groceries can be found in the village shop or just 6 miles away in Selby town centre. There is a limited bus service to York city from the village.
Out dog is a Golden Doodle bitch. 11.5 years old. She is very quiet and relaxed dog. A little arthritic so does not require extremely long walks but she still enjoys walks a few times a day.
Skipwith Common is couple of miles away - a lovely quiet place of nature and walks.
A great opportunity to explore the lovely area of York city centre and the surrounding areas.
