Hutton England

We live in a modern 4 bed spacious house on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighbourhood. There are plenty of walks around with fields at the back of the house; from here you can walk to the River Ribble!
A convenience shop and Hickory's Smoke House within a 5 min walk and just 20 minute walk to the local Booths supermarket. There is a bus stop outside the house which will take you directly to Preston City centre.

We have two cats, one male, Robbie one female, Karri. Robbie is super social and loves lots of attention, Karri takes a little longer to warm up,
The garden is low maintenance, but some house plants will need a watering.
