Property is on one level with stunning views over large garden and woods beyond.
There is one friendly cat to feed. He is an indoor/outdoor cat so no litter tray. He loves human companion and will be happy being on sofa with you.
There are some indoor plants that need some watering but not a lot due to time of year.
