We are ideally looking for a couple who enjoy nice surroundings and can look after our two Labrador dogs (Gracie & Nell ). We own 58 acres which includes a four bedroom house, livery yard, caravan storage and a solar park. We have nice mature gardens with hardy plants so low maintenance. We are looking for an honest mature couple who can look after our house and surroundings. There are between 13 & 14 horses here which are looked after by their owners. There will just be a requirement to lock up and unlock the compound each day but this only takes 20-30 mins and check the camera systems. Our clients with their vehicles stored here have their own access to their vehicles. We pay £150 for the full week or the relevant proportion of additional days, for these routine duties. Full details will be provided to the selected couple. We would like to meet anyone interested before selection or if not practical have Zoom type discussions. We have drawn up an Agreement which outlines everything including contact details for our vet and engineers etc, as a precaution and assistance. We would hope the sitters could arrive the day before we leave, to settle them in. It is hoped (though not essential) the sitters will have their own accommodation ie camper van, motor home etc. and can then use our house after we have left for our holiday. The May 2025 dates are approximate as our holiday has not been booked to date.
