We have a lovely detached home with sun room, fully enclosed back garden and sunny patio area with furniture, gas bbq and large parasol, full fibre wifi and Sky TV package
Our closest beach is less than 5 miles away and nearest pub, takeaways and restaurant in the same area We are in tge suburbs' 10 mikes ir so from Newcastle upon Tyne but surrounded by fields and a local nature reserve The shopping centre is walkable abd has a large Asda and Sainsbury's as well as food outlets etc
Being in Northumbetland, we have everything Moors, forests, rivers, woods, beautiful coastlines, many castles and historic buildings and Dark Skies at Derwent Reservoir as well as many other areas of natural beauty and museums etc The area ranges from hamlets and villages to Cities Cramlington also has a train line
As for our pet, he's a beautiful Leonberger He is still a puppy and only just over 2 and a half years old But as a giant breed, he is already 70kg I woukd prefer someone with giant ir large dog experience
