We have a 6-bedroomed, 2 bathroomed detached home - which we are currently renovating - as a family of 7 (plus one Chorkiepoo 7y old pooch called Jaspar!) our back garden is secure and has a decked area with BBQ and the use of our kayaks/equipment.

We are located on the edge of the Northumberland countryside, walking distance to the River Tyne. Reasonable walk into Newcastle City Centre and access to main roads nearby. Shopping is either city or Metro Centre, and we are around 40 minutes South of the Scottish border for sightseeing.

Our cars will be left at the property (7 seaters) but require advanced insurance arrangements if you would like to use them.

There will be no requirement to maintain the property as we have artificial grass and no indoor plants! We will leave it clean and tidy, with fresh sheets/towels for you to use. We have washers/dryers you could use whilst you stay.

Our dog is very mild mannered, and relatively low maintenance but loves sofa cuddles and we have allowed him to stay in the master bedroom with us since he was a puppy (you don't need to do that part, but be warned he may cry!) He needs a walk each day and two meals but is fully neutered and microchipped, up to date vaccines and registered with a local vet if needed.
