Retired professional, world traveller. I am quite able to manage on my own as I have worked, lived and travelled in Asia and Africa.

I have experience with housesits in Canada that were very satisfying and well received. I like to begin with a face to face conversation and am conversant with several platforms. My preference is to meet hosts prior to their departure and on their return.

I have confirmed a house sit in Falkirk May 20-28th and would consider other opportunities around those dates.

Sadly I can no longer undertake major garden work other than watering.. Happy to manage indoor plants

We returned home to a clean house and a contented cat. Wendy had a lot of questions, which we hopefully answered to her satisfaction. The only glitch was no connection for her between her iPad and the television. We hope she enjoyed her time on the South Shore and the special events in town that week. Many thanks for taking such care of our little (spoiled)treasurešŸ˜˜

This was our first House Sitter experience, and Wendy was a delight to have. Our two cats grew to be very happy with her, (they are rather shy), and seem happy and content now that we are home. Some cats show their owners trauma on return, but not ours - Thanks Wendy. Lots of photos and texts were sent, also showing the cats, which was great. Wendy cared for our plants indoors and out, sending us updates of what she was doing. All in all, we would have her back in a heartbeat.

Wow! We were very fortunate and pleased with Wendy's performance during her stay here. Wendy was fabulous at communicating and asking questions if ever she was uncertain about anything. We enjoyed getting pictures of our dogs while we were away. The house was cleaned and well cared for upon our return and Jack and Coco were healthy and happy šŸ˜ƒ I would love to have Wendy back again
