Jackie & Mike

Hello myself and Mike are both retired after having long and stressful jobs, as a Biomedical Scientist and managing a wholesale produce business, we now love to travel. We feel that it is important to get to know a community and this is better achieved by living there for some time. Taking time to learn about a community is important to us.

We love animals and have always had pets, unfortunately, our last companion (George) died and is now buried under a tree in our garden. We don’t want to commit to another animal so feel that sharing the joy of other peoples would be a great alternative. Having three grown up children who all have animals has given us plenty of experience with house sitting.

We have a passion for walking and exploring new areas. Walking is the perfect way of moving if you want to see into the life around you.

We consider ourselves to be reliable, organised, tidy and respectful.
