I am a semi-retired, fit, non-smoker who is reliable, self-reliant and a hopeless animal lover with numerous references and testimonials from 5+ years worth of past sits, that I am happy to share with you.
My online writing allows me to keep your pets on the same schedule that you have them on.
I have spent many years taking care of and working with various kinds of animals; everything from administering medication to being a volunteer dog trainer for Baja Dogs La Paz, MX, in addition to having trained my own dogs for competitions.
As a former homeowner, I am capable of pool care, doing yard (gardens/plants) work and any minor maintenance that may be needed.
I always keep in contact with homeowners while they are away and provide lots of pictures of their pets and property.

We were so happy and relieved to have Kris look after our two cats whilst we were away over Easter. Kris is an easy going person who is a great communicator. It was easy to work out logistics and our fur babies were definitely well loved and looked after in our absence! Thank-you Kris!

We felt very reassured and safe with Kris in our home whilst we were away for 11 weeks. Kris was easy to communicate with and sent us weekly updates about our house, cat and post which helped us to feel happy that all was well at home. Our cat Luka seemed really settled and content and Kris clearly had experienced looking after cats and dealt with his antics (like fighting, scratching, hunting). Kris was an absolutely fabulous house sitter!! She rapidly achieved a rapport with both my cats; no small feat when it comes to my female. Kris kept me up to date with photos and emails throughout the time I was gone. I came home to a well cared for and clean house but most importantly happy and healthy cats, chickens and houseplants!!! I can't thank her enough!!!
Kris was excellent from start to finish on this assignment. She provided a thorough and amusing weekly review of everything going back at the homestead, such that I never had to worry about what was going on while I was concentrating on work. We were very lucky to have had someone as competent and loving to take care of our house and our pets. Kris was accommodating, trustworthy and super helpful. She kept us up to date with our mail and sent us pictures of our pets with whom she clearly bonded. I would use her again without hesitation, if we needed another house sitter and I have already recommended her to my sister. If you can, snatch her up to take care of your house (and pets). You will not be disappointed.
Kris was an easy choice for house sitter. She has had a lot of experience in different situations and so it came easy for her to do what we needed done while we were gone. She communicated with us throughout our absence and made us feel that our home was secure. She takes the job seriously and we highly recommend her. We would be happy to have her again.
