Georgina & Mick

Helloie - we are Mick & George - currently having a midlife crisis (more old than mid)! We became van lifers two and a half years ago - we just sold our house spontaneously and moved into our mohome. It was an itch we needed to scratch, we had no idea how long for and still don't. Our home base is East Yorkshire but we bimble all over the UK and Europe. Prior to this, we had own home with extensive gardens including vegetables and fish pond. We are still keeping our eyes open for a new forever home. Mick is ex Navy and police service. George has worked in hospitality management, car industry and police service too.

Since being footloose and fancy free we did a lot of dog sitting in our house via Holidays4Dogs for at least 4 years. Since being houseless we still have the occasional doggie friend stay with us. We have also been asked to do a few house and pet sits with dogs, cats and chickens (including a small caravan site) for folks via personal recommendation, hence why decided to give this a go!

We have current valid DBS enhanced certificates. We are more village/rural people but do not dislike a town. We are great walkers and love to explore areas on foot. We are adaptable, caring and respectful, having high standards of doing things right.

We only need somewhere safe and secure to park/pitch our 7.45 metre long motorhome, while we look after your home and dearest non human family members. In fact, we are flexible to stay in our home next to yours while looking after it, but if you prefer for us to be staying within your four sturdy walls we would be delighted to oblige.
