Background and motivation:

After 3 years of teaching science in school, I now work remotely online and travel to assist with conservation and wildlife research projects around the world! This is all great fun and experience but I do need to save for a home of my own somehow :D

As the 2nd oldest sibling of seven, and having worked in education, I've had plenty of practice keeping on top of any messes. I'm a well organised and tidy person, so no need to worry about cleanliness whilst your away :)

Pets:
In addition to my degree in zoology, experience as an ecologist and researcher, I come from a pet loving household; dogs, cats, rabbits, tortoises, fishes ect! So safe to say that I am comfortable with all animals. And have a lot of experience handling animals and making sure they're in good health.

Plants:
I have a passion (some might say obsession) for houseplants and have kept my own allotment in the past. So not only do I know the 'do's and 'donts' of watering, I'm pretty handy with pests and other aspects of plant health.

Lifestyle:
I'm a very caring, patient and logical person; I practice meditation, yoga and have kept a journal for several years now. In addition to this I now work for an online school, so have the privilege of working remotely on self governed hours teaching secondary science. This leaves me able to adapt to the needs of those around me/ take advantage of good weather :)

I love the outdoors and everything nature. So much so that I have my own micro-camper van. So I'm more than happy to explore the outdoors with an animal companion or two!

I'm a good communicator and very familiar with several forms of mobile or online communication; I will let you know promptly if there are any concerns.
