My informal experience in dog walking and sitting, along with my passion for animal care, makes me well-suited to support you with confidence.

Over the past 18 months, I have been providing dog sitting and walking services for several different families. This experience involved caring for dogs of various ages and needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being while their owners were away. Key aspects of my responsibilities included:
• Monitoring the dogs' comfort and cleanliness, both during short visits and extended stays.
• Ensuring the dogs felt secure and addressing any issues that arose promptly.
• Building trust and rapport with the dogs to maintain a calm environment.

Prior to this, I worked for 27 years in Estates and Facilities managing all Facilities services on estates.
(Unfortunately, my previous role was made redundant, which prompted me to pursue a career change towards something more rewarding and fulfilling, to engage in my life long passion and ownership for Dogs. This transition has allowed me to channel my passion for animal care into a meaningful career path.

In addition, I am part-qualified in NEBOSH, with my final exams scheduled for March 2025. This qualification underscores my commitment to safety and best practices, which I believe are essential in providing high-quality care to both animals and individuals.

I hold an enhanced DBS check and an NCA BPSS check ensuring compliance with the necessary safety and security standards for working with vulnerable populations etc.
I am eager to bring my dedication and love for dogs/ pets to you and I have attained Advanced diploma for Pet-sitting, Dog Walking and First Aid for pets.
I Live in Congleton, have my own car.

I am physically fit – 92 kilos and 5’11’’ – I am a keen cyclist so understand the the ‘all weather’ requirements and equally have clothing / boots to support outside challenges / and walks..

I have owned dogs all my life but have none now so my focus would be engagement for your own– I have owned and walked German Shepherds and Labradors and smaller dogs to give you an understanding of my ability,
