We are very experienced house and pet sitters who have taken care of a variety properties since 2013, mainly in Italy. With the recent world changes of covid and Brexit we have decided to join this UK site as we live in Scotland and our extended travels have been somewhat curtailed.
We have a portfolio showing all the properties and pets we have looked after on previous house sits.

We are a reliable couple who will not let you down and we would always leave your property in excellent condition. Travelling and the outdoors are our passion we are always interested in meeting new people, many of our past owners are now our friends and we often do repeat sits as well as visits if we are in the area where they live. We have found house sitting to be a very enjoyable experience taking us to places of the beaten track and giving us the opportunity to live like locals rather than holiday makers, We have many excellent references with another house sitting site that we have used for many years and we would hope that our introduction will give you the peace of mind to consider us suitable applicants.

Absolutely delighted with Lorraine & Allan, If I could have rated them 10 stars I would have! The cats & garden birds were very well fed & cared for, the house was absolutely immaculate on our return, the bed linen, towels etc all taken care of, we also had some storm damage and Allan did some temporary repairs and Lorraine left some yummy meatballs in the fridge for us to enjoy on our return - which was very much appreciated after 24hrs travelling - and was the icing on the cake! Lorraine and Alan were great house sitters. We had clear communication from them throughout and felt very confident that everything was Ok whilst we were away. I am particularly grateful for the essentials in the fridge on our return and the soup which was very thoughtful.

Lorraine and Alan were excellent housesitters, great to talk to and very relaxed. Our cat Tom was extremely well looked after, and was missing them when they left! The house was spotless and we'd thouroughly recommend them.

Lorraine and Alan were an excellent introduction to the process of engaging a house sitter. They arrived the night before I left so that we were able to get to know each other. When I returned, the house was immaculate and my cat had obviously been well looked-after. They have looked after pets and houses all over Europe, and fit in immediately. I recommend them without hesitation

This was the first time we invited sitters into our home and it was Lorraine and Alan's first sit in Australia. They are experienced sitters around the world. We had time with them prior to us leaving for three weeks and when we left, we knew our house was in good hands. When we returned, we found the house, gardens and pets in great order. We would not hesitate to have them stay again if the situation arose and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We very much appreciated the excellent care that Lorraine and Alan gave Pushkin our cat as well as our house and garden. We returned to find Pushkin well-settled and the house very clean and tidy.
