Sally & Steve

We’re Sally & Steve and we are excited to embark on our next house-sitting adventure in the UK after an incredible month in the stunning Algarve hills of Portugal, where we had the honour of caring for three lovely cats. The homeowners have said they'd be more than happy to provide references to vouch for us if you'd like to speak to them.

We are a professional, responsible, respectful and reliable couple who take great pride in what we do. We are non-smokers, clean and very tidy (Steve is ex Forces so it comes with the territory!). You can count on us to care for your home and pets with greatest care and dedication!

We have no strict time schedule and are very flexible in fitting around your needs. As passionate animal lovers, we will care for your pets as if they were our own. With years of experience owning family pets, we know how to provide them with the love and attention they deserve. We are also keen Borrow my Doggy members and have been looking after Teasel the Springer Spaniel for the last 6 years! Her owners are the best of friends now and our duties have extended these days to looking after Kali the cat and on occasion babysitting their two boys!

As well as being a keen cyclist, Steve is an exceptional handyman (and renovated our last home on the Sussex Coast), he has an excellent skill set and would be pleased to tackle any tasks you need doing around your home and garden, Sally enjoys yoga and loves to potter in the garden. We are happy to do a video call to meet you, and thank you for reading! We look forward to meeting you.
