Parisa

Hello, I'm Parisa. I'm the one in the black and white hat in most of the photos. I have experience house sitting and taking care of places, including monasteries. I adore animals and have experience looking after pets, including a cat called Fruit for several months who I was very fond of.

I'm a research scientist by training. I've worked in the fields of cancer research and neurodevelopmental disorders both here and in the USA. I analyse large amounts of data using a computer to identify patterns and potential possible treatments.

I enjoy my work, as well as going for walks and being outdoors, meditation, poetry, swimming, running and listening to audiobooks and talks. I'm vegetarian and live a minimalist lifestyle. I've lived in several places abroad, including the Caribbean and China. I aspire to leave people, places and pets better than how I found them.
