Christine

Hi! My name is Christine, and I live in the US. I work in Accounting for an architecture, planning, and design firm in Baltimore. Due to the switch to remote work in 2020, I have the flexibility to work while abroad.

Things about me that make me perfect for a pet and house sitting position:

1) I grew up with dogs (West Highland Terrier and Lhasa Apso) and I owned one in my early adult life (Golden Retriever). I no longer own a pet as I love to travel (domestic and abroad), and I feel that it wouldn't be fair to a pet, but my neighbors graciously let me spend some time with their furry family members so I can get my pet fix.
2) Early in my career, I was the Office Manager for a veterinary hospital. In this role, I often pitched in to assist with procedures or just to comfort pets. I learned a thing or 2 about pet health and I have experience handling a variety of dog and cat breeds and personalities.
3) Like I said, I love to travel. I often airbnb and can share my profile if you like. You'll find that I am friendly and keep my spaces meticulously clean.
4) I have a green thumb! I have a room that gets wonderful sunlight and my plants thrive in it. I am happy to take good care of your plants, if needed.
5) Thanks to some issues with British Airways last summer, I have a credit burning a hole in my pocket. I'd love to spend it on an extended trip to the UK where I get a change of scenery. Pet and house sitting seemed like the perfect idea and I am well suited for it.
