Unfortunately, despite being asked for references, ID and CRB checks before the house sit, these were not provided. When Nina arrived, despite saying that she would bring them with her, she had none of these documents. She also had a dislocated shoulder, which meant she was unable to drive and, in our opinion, made it extremely difficult to take our dogs for walks.
