Monica is an absolute star, such a genuinely kind person. and it was clear from her original message that she was a huge animal lover, particularly cats which is what sealed the deal for us :) We spoke on the phone before the housesit to ensure that we were both happy and then on WhatsApp to ensure that any questions either of us had were answered before the sit.
