Anne & Keith

Hello,

we are Keith (64) and Anne (59), a New Zealand based couple. Keith is originally from Halifax and Anne from New Zealand. We met in London over 24 years ago, lived in Brighton together for some time where our daughter was born and then moved (back) to New Zealand in 2005. We've been back to the UK a couple of times over the years and now that our daughter is out of school and independent we are planning our next trip to the UK during June - Sept 2025.

We're hoping to combine some local travel with relaxing and spending time with family, especially our older parents who live near Hebden Bridge.

To this end we are especially looking for house-sitting and pet-minding opportunities around West Yorkshire but are also happy to go elsewhere and explore somewhere new.

We are a caring, conscientious, quiet, tidy, responsible and organised couple who over the years have cared for our pet fish, mice, rats, a rabbit, and horses. We've also looked after friends cats and dogs while they have been on holiday and have a great recent reference for our dog-sitting skills that we can provide on request.

We love walking and the outdoors, and are very happy to keep a garden and vege patch weeded and watered.

Anne has been heavily involved in pony club for many years and is confident and capable around horses.... Keith knows how to catch them for the farrier and pick up poo!
