We are a semi-retired couple with a variety of interests and skills. Our health is good with no disabilities. Non smokers. We are reliable and trustworthy with DBS checks.
Both of us love the outdoors, especially walking with lots of experience in the Lakes and Scotland.
Although we don't have a dog, we regularly look after 2 border terriers Betty and Teddy who are gorgeous companions. We also have experience of looking after larger dogs. We have also kept chickens in the past.
For me, Maggie was the ideal house sitter. She cared for my cat, house and garden during a heatwave, watering and going above and beyond to keep everything alive. When my flight was cancelled and not rescheduled for 24 hours, she agreed to stay on for an extra day which made what was a difficult situation manageable. I am very grateful to her.
Maggie and Keith looked after our dog, house and garden extremely well. They took the dog on long daily walks and the house was immaculate when we returned home. We have no hesitation in recommending them and would happily invite them back again in the future.
Maggie and Kieth were the most wonderful guests and caretakers we could have ever imagined. Communication was easy and they have ample experience. They took immense care with Fonzy our dog and the house was impeccably clean. We would be delighted to have them back any time!

Maggie and Keith were great, a really lovely, friendly and trustworthy couple. Our dog, Sonny, was very content and we could see had been very well looked after. He had a fabulous time with them with plenty of beach walks and fun. The house on our return was impeccable. We would highly recommend them as pet/house sitters and would certainly have them look after Sonny anytime.
