Maite & Konstantin

Hello!

We are Konstantin and Maite. Konstantin is from Bulgaria, and I am from Spain (It is always me who writes messages).
We love pets, we have a small female dog who is currently having the time of her life at her grandpa's!
We both have experience as housesitters in the US. We have a profile in trustedhousesitters in case you'd like to check It out.

We both met in London back in 2015 and since then we have been together. He is a car mechanic with experience of over 20 years, he has worked for small garages and big brands like Toyota and BMW as well. He is currently working at his father's workshop.

I studied Events Management in London back in 2015-2018 and just two months ago I finished a Dog Grooming course in Madrid.
I currently work from home as a Data Analyst, and since it gets kind of boring I try to do different courses and trainings throughout the year. I have just started learning about computer science!

We traveled to the United States in 2018 and got to know a lot of the western states. This is when we started with the house-sitting adventure, we made so many friends and we got to see beautiful places like Alaska or Yosemite, and we were able to be accompanied by amazing dogs or have lovely cats waiting for us at home.
In 2020 we went to India and Sri Lanka but we had to cut it short because of Covid. Since then we have been traveling more locally with our own little van.

In 2022 we went back to the States as we had many places left to know and friends to visit!
That is the year we adopted our four-legged friend. Cookies, half Shih Tzu half Maltese. The joy of our lives.
We took her in and brought her from California to Spain. She is now spending most of her time with my parents who are retired and in need of a good and happy companion. They have become besties. (Who wouldn't with such treats!)
