Ashley and Phil, are the house sitters of house sitters!
We do often feel a little nervous about leaving the house and dogs; Ashley and Phil's care, attention, warmth and affection for our dogs meant that we were able to completely relax whilst we were away.
We simply cannot recommend Ashley and Phil enough and will always try to plan well ahead, in the hope that they will be available to house sit again.

This couple looked after our 2 dogs for just over 2 weeks. Regular updates and communication from Ashley which was appreciated as one dog needed emergency care for sickness with blood.

Ashley and Phil were excellent! From the moment we first contacted them, it felt like we already knew each other. Our two Pugs also took them immediately. They kept us informed during our trip to assure us that everything was fine. We came back home to two very content kiddies. Also, our house was spotless. Ashley and Phil looked after our home and 2 dogs whilst we were away for 9 nights. Ashley kept in touch throughout and I felt entirely reassured that our pets were well understood and looked after. We came back to a clean home and happy dogs! Ashley had washed all of the bed linen, emptied bins and left the place spotless. We had a glitch with hot water supply whilst we were away (batteries ran out on the Hive unit!) and Ashley resolved the problem without any fuss. I would highly recommend ... Highly recommend Ashley & Phil, we were first time users and were a little nervous about leaving our 13 year old dog but we needn't of worried, Ashley & Phil looked after our dog with so much care, we were often given updates on how he was which was always lovely and reassuring. Ashley & Phil are warm, friendly people, who gave us confidence from the start that they would look after our beloved, elderly fur baby with kindness and care.
This was confirmed by the daily messages & photos of Atunio from Ashley whilst we were away.
We returned to a happy, well cared for pet and a clean and tidy home & garden and would recommend them to others as well as rebook them ourselves.

What a delight it was having Ashley and Phil to house and pet sit for us, in fact this was the second sit Ashley has done for us which probably tells a story on it’s own. Our 2 border collies took to them both very quickly as did Purdey puss who very quickly became a regular on their bed for morning petting! Ashley and Phil clearly have a genuine love of animals coupled with lots of experience. - a great combination for a house/pet sitter. They cared for ours without fuss and provided me with ... Ashley & Phil were absolutely fantastic at taking care of our dog and house.
This was our first experience of house sitting, Ashley was clear and helpful from the outset in terms of communications. Ashley & Phil took great care of our sometimes complicated dog, with regular updates. On our return the house was cleaner than when we left.

Ashley stepped in at the last minute and she and Phil were kind enough to come the evening before we left on holiday as we had an early flight. It was our first time leaving the house and our pets, but we needn't have worried. Ashley was a very lucky find for us... we've never had a house/dog sitter and were a little anxiousabout leaving our shy/nervous rescue dog Pixie.
We needn't have worried, Ashley cared for our little girl like she was her own, listened to and understood our directions on how to keep her calm and relaxed. She did all of that and looked after the house too.

Ashley came to stay with our dog Tilly while we were on holiday, and we felt really lucky to have her.
She clearly loves animals and Tilly took to her straight away. Ashley was easy to communicate with and we especially appreciated the photos we received while away.

Ashley sat for our anxious old lady for a short sit and treated her like a princess. A little bit of spoiling was needed to get her through the disruption and she was well looked after. I also came back to a much cleaner and tidier house than I'd left! No issues or concerns at all, would happily recommend Ashley.

Ashley looked after our and dog for ten days and if I could give her a six star rating I would. We returned to an immacuate house, thriving garden and a very contented and happy dog. Boots the dog obviously became very fond of her as he kept wandering into the guest room to see if she was there. Ashley took care of our home while we were overseas for 3 weeks .
Aside of taking great care of the place Ashley was exceptional when it came to our pets. Our Border Collie was walked on a regular basis and well looked after. Also, one of the cats had been recently diagnosed with cancer. It must have put considerable pressure on her. Ashley handled the matter admirably, taking Hollie to the vet when treatment was necessary and reported back to us on her welfare. It meant a lot to us while ... Ashley looked after my 1,5-year-old Staffy dog when I went overseas for nearly 7 weeks. During that time Ashley and I communicated frequently (also before the actual sitting start date- she is just so lovely) by text-messages, photos, and video-clips which gave me a peace of mind. I learned that not only did she look after my dog extremely well; she also took care of a few incidents relating to the car (flat tire) and the house (the sink stopped working). I totally recommend Ashley to anybody who is looking for someone to love, spoil and look after their dog. Ashley looked after our very spoilt Samoyed for 3 weeks and we came back from holidays to a very happy pampered dog. Ashley went out of her way to look after Yuki and took her out in her car for trips to the park. I received updated videos and photos of Yuki which was very appreciated. I have to say that we were so happy with Ashley we would like to keep her all to ourselves for future sits. Absolutely wonderful - house kept perfectly and animals very happy did not want Mummy to return. Ashley coped with the pool and flooding just as well as the professional pool man who comes.
