Lisa is a lovely person; I could immediately tell she was going to get along well with my pet and do a good job keeping my house. She kept in regular touch while I was away and sent photos of Nergal often, which I really apreciated. I arrived home to a spotless home and a calm, well fed and warm kitty. I couldn't have asked for more.
