Mark and I have been living in London since September 2023 when we moved from New Zealand. We are looking to keep travelling around the UK later next year. We are currently happy to stay put in London and enjoy exploring locally on the weekends. We both grew up in a rural setting with lots of pets (cats, dogs, birds, sheep, cows, horses, fish). We love animals and understand it is important they feel safe and cared for while their owners are away.
Mark enjoys playing rugby, tennis and going to the gym. I have recently taken up reformer pilates and love to paint.

Laura and Mark were fantastic sitters for our two cats, Basil and Clover. We were slightly nervous as it was the first time we had left them for a long period of time but Laura and Mark kept us updated throughout the sit and the cats were obviously having a great time and were clearly feeling safe and happy..They were quick to fix a small issue which arose with a broken toilet flush and left the house absolutely spotless at the end of the sit. Laura and Mark looked after our senior cat Jezzy for a week in our apartment. Laura was great at communicating while we were away, they watered plants (from my extensive list), sent lots of photo updates of Jezzy, monitored his food intake very closely (kind of a worry at the moment as he gets more elderly) and left the place very clean and tidy. Whether it was on purpose or not they also left us a delicious sweet baking treat in the freezer! Perfectly happy to recommend them to any house ... MORE
