Thanks for checking us out. We are a retired professional couple (university lecturer and sea captain). We have been members of Kiwihousesitters for 4 years and have received only positive reviews for all the sits we've done in New Zealand where we have family and spend approx 4 months every year.
However, we have just sold our sailing yacht and are now seeking new adventures in the UK and hope to see more of our own country.
We love all animals and have looked after everything from horses to small game birds (yes really!!) and we have the photos to prove it.
We are keen golfers and also love a good walk, especially on a nice beach.
We are a conscientious, clean, tidy, house proud couple. We look after our own things and we will look after yours.

John and Chrissy took excellent care of our home-it was definitely cleaner than we left it! And our dog and cat were happy and well cared for. Communication was good with daily updates. We would be happy with them looking after our home and pets again.

John ad Chrissy were exceptional House Sitters. They communicated very well arrived in plenty of time to go over the sit and meet the animals. They immediately made friends with Jess our dog and we were very confident leaving our home and pets in there care. hen we returned the house was lovely, tidy and clean and they had made a bed for us which was very much appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend them and would welcome them back to house sit again in the future.

We had John and Chrissy look after out little dog and house for two weeks and we couldn't have been happier. Their communication before and during their stay was exceptional and we felt completely comfortable with them in charge. We would love to have them come and stay again.

John and Chrissy were fantastic house/pet sitters. They are kind and caring people who took great care of our home and our 2 dogs. The house was left spotless and the dogs were happy. Their communication was excellent. They were always responsive and kept us updated while we were away. It was the first time we had used a house sitter so we were a bit nervous, but they were wonderful. We would not hesitate to recommend them and hope to see them again. Thank you.

John and Chrissy looked after my two precious dogs excellently which was a weight off my mind while I was away. They walked them everyday and gave them lots of cuddles and attention. They also looked after my house with respect and made sure I returned home to clean sheets and towels and to a clean house with milk in the fridge :) Communication was excellent with text and photo updates while I was away. I would highly recommend John and Chrissy for future house sits.

Our house was spotless, garden watered and our two fur-babies so happy and content it was like we had never left. The dates are wrong as I entered the wrong date first off and couldn't figure out how to change. Anybody getting John & Chrissy are very lucky to have them, you will not find anybody better.
