Dear all,

I am a friendly, forty something with experience of house sitting and looking after pets. I work in the field of conservation, primarily as a researcher with the RSPB and now as a full time Ornithologist with an environmental consultancy.

Over the years, I have been lucky to travel throughout the UK with my job and I love our landscapes and wildlife. The work is however usually contract based, so I often have short periods away for work. I am therefore free to help anyone looking for a conscientious carer, wherever that may be in Britain - as I always enjoy exploring new areas and looking after people's pets. I know just how much they mean to them!

Absolutely no question, Lee is a first-class house and dog-sitter. He really cared for our two lively, large dogs giving them loads of attention, playtime and walks. We came home to two very contented hounds. The house was also looked after beautifully and everything was just as we would hope to find it on our return. Having daily updates, and expertly taken video footage of the dogs, was reassuring and very welcome. We have no hesitation in recommending Lee and hope he will come here again.

We've had Lee sitting for us twice now, and hope to see him again next year! He takes great care of our dog, and Oscar loves the walks he takes him on. The house is always kept clean and tidy, and he sends lots of updates

Lee was excellent- communication before and during the sit was great, he sent me regular updates and videos. My pets were well looked after, Zig had lovely walks, they were all happy and relaxed when I got home. House was clean and my greenhouse watered - would have him back anytime.

Lee did an excellent job of house sitting and caring for our pets, we would highly recommend him. After a couple of initial conversations about our job we met Lee the day before to show him around the house and accompanied him on a walk with the dogs, I always like doing this if possible as it gives any prospective sitter chance to see how the dogs interact with us, other people and dogs you may come across whilst walking. Lee has been an exceptional house sitter for our two pets, Bandit (dog) and Lily (cat). Both loved him instantly. Lee has been keeping in touch on a regular basis, and also sent very cute pictures as well :-), which was lovely. Bandit got long walks and Lily a lot of play. The house looked very nice when we came back and both animal were in good shape. We are very thankful to Lee for being there for us and we would love to see him again.

No rating We have just had Lee and Kate looking after are Dog Rex and house for a week ,and everything was fine Rex was well looked after on beach everyday and lee even took him jogging with him so he had lots of exercise which he loves ,the house was lovely and clean ,and a nice couple to talk with so would not hesitate in booking then again or recommend them to anyone else,Rex even sat next cuddling to Kate when we got home ,so I know he was well looked after :):)
