My name is Lauryn and I am a 24 year old Business Analyst from Scotland. I work from home and my favourite things are animals and travelling! I am particularly a hugeeee cat lover! Cats have my heart. I have cared for animals of all sizes and temperaments. I have experience cat sitting for my parents cat Charlie (or as my mum likes to call him - the son that she never had lol) and I have experience dog sitting for my partners family who have multiple rescue greyhounds. I am used to being around nervous animals - my parents cat Charlie is the most timid and shy little loaf, he gets nervous when out of routine and so I understand the importance of patience and maintaining a routine while pet sitting and will always ensure animals in my care are looked after as specified by the owner. My partners parents have multiple rescue greyhounds who get very nervous - understandably due to their unfortunate upbringings as ex-racing dogs. They are now very happy and comfortable around me. I know how to build trust with pets and make sure they feel safe in my company. I am happy to provide daily updates when looking after pets as this is something I have always done when I have been pet sitting in the past - I know what it is like to miss your furry friend! Pets are family :)
